While the Steelseries Sensei Raw and Roccat Kone+ are great, the Razer Deathadder is the best value for money mouse in the market.

Depends on which game are you looking to play with it, but currently Steel Series Gaming mice are worth buying "I personally picked up the Steel Series Sensei Heat Orange series" and its great... specially the trippy orange LED lights :D

Logitech G300s in cheap market Segment and Razer DA 2013 hands down. There is a TT-Esports Level 10M Mouse as well which a lot of pro-gamers abroad use.

4000-5000 is very good budget for a gaming mouse, you can buy any good mouse under this budget, if i have this much of budget then I would go for Razer Taipan but if you play RPG or MMO games then Razer Naga 2014 is the perfect choice.

Razer Taipan (http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-mice/razer-taipan) Razer Naga 2014 (http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-mice/razer-naga)
